Lumency is currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Account Supervisor, Integrated (Senior Consultant | Integrated) for our Canadian market clients.

Reporting to the VP, Experiential and Content, the Senior Consultant, Integrated is responsible for the campaign management, digital advertising, social content strategy and execution and connections planning for Tier 1 brands at Lumency. This role is also responsible for the execution of assigned experiential programming.

This role acts as the main contact between the client and the various internal stakeholders involved in the implementation of experiential and content programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

·         Understand and track all content campaigns and experiential programs and projects being activated

·         Embody the client brand and understand the client business and objectives holistically and specifically

·         Anticipate client needs as it relates to content development and experiential marketing, help to generate new strategies and anticipate client integrated marketing needs

·         Cultivate meaningful relationships with all client team members

·         Articulate the client business clearly and concisely to the Lumency team

·         Investigate new on target content and experiential opportunities

·         Absorb feedback, understand and articulate to internal teams

·         Possess ability to challenge respectfully with rationale, data and from experience

Content Program Management

·         Responsible for leading branded content development from strategy through execution

·         Navigates the Integrated Marketing Communications as the lead agency

·         Brief the Lumency team on the client needs and projects

·         Provide clear, concise and transparent communication to clients on projects

·         Scope and present service quotations for client groups

·         Lead the work group to look for ways to continuously improve

·         Provide industry point of views that exemplify strong critical thinking

Experiential Program Management

·         Execute programs to plan through management of the internal team, agency resources and workflow

·         Manage quality of programs, ensuring creative is on strategy and in-field execution meets or exceeds KPI’s

·         Provide clear, concise and transparent communication to clients on program planning, execution and results

·         Manage the building, tracking and reconciliation of all work group program budgets

·         Lead the work group to look for ways to continuous improve program execution

Financial Management

·         Responsible for resource allocation, team productivity and overall workgroup billing and revenue

·         Responsible for the management, tracking and reconciliation of the workgroup budgets

People Management

·         Support Talent to recruit, develop and retain the best talent in the marketing industry

·         Onboard new team members and provide on-going continued learning and development

·         Support and guide team members through consistent performance management and development plans

·         Execute weekly one-on-one’s to support team members continued learning and growth

·         Responsible for the workplace health, safety and wellness of team members

·         Manage the execution of required tasks by the work group

·         Support team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in their approach to work

·         Coach and mentor direct reports through ongoing career growth and support

Culture Cultivation

·         Support ongoing development of a positive agency culture

·         Act as a Lumency champion in the marketplace

 

Qualifications

Education

·         Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or communications (an asset)

Experience

·         Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in experiential and content program execution

·         Two (2) to three (3) of people management experience

·         Agency experience a must

Skills and Abilities

·         Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

·         Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and co-workers

·         Ability to lead a team through coaching and mentorship

·         Superb critical thinking skills, with an ability to leverage key data and insights to develop well-informed POVs

·         Previous experience managing budgets

·         Strong presentation skills
