Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships & Digital Business, the Manager, Partnership Services is responsible for managing and growing the relationship between the GTAA and its new and current strategic partnerships leading them along the partnership lifecycle. This position leads its team in developing strategies to successfully execute the GTAA’s deliverables as outlined in the various agreements and encourages incremental spend by partners to help increase non-aeronautical revenue, cost savings for the organization, and/or develop experiences to improve the passenger experience. Having a bird’s eye view of the entire portfolio, and other major aeronautical and commercial activity (e.g. Food & Beverage), to assess additional collaboration opportunities or identify potential entanglements that may adversely impact GTAA’s ability to fulfil its partner obligations. Additionally, this role will also develop new monetizable assets which can be added to the partnership sales strategy.
