XMC is looking for an energetic Account Coordinator who is ready to take on new and exciting challenges with Canada’s Official Experiential Marketing™ Agency. The successful candidate will focus on supporting the XMC Promotional and Staffing Solutions teams. This role includes contributing as required to the successful execution of programs and projects within the parameters of overall client/Brand strategies. Duties include fulfillment of branded product inquiries to efficiently source branded products, giveaways, activation elements, etc., maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoice and billing, strategic recruitment and development of the external talent roster, activation coordination, staff training/ development, maintaining communication with internal and external staff and ensuring all business deliverables are adhered to.

Accountabilities also include successful client interface and relationship management. As an XMC team member, the Account Coordinator demonstrates collaboration, strives for excellence and always looks to better the agency and improve effectiveness overall. The ideal candidate for XMC is one with a work-hard attitude; someone dedicated, focused and flexible enough to understand that there is no such thing as a “standard” day on the job.


65% Contribute to the on-time and on-budget delivery of XMC Promo orders including daily/weekly reporting, planning, project management and execution.

25% Contribute to the on-time and on-budget delivery of XMC Staffing Solutions programming including daily/weekly reporting, planning, project management and execution. 

5% Successful client interface and relationship building.

10% Overall XMC team contribution including sharing ideas, enabling the success of others and development effective processes for delivery.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, and/or HR

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a product/apparel sourcing

  • Experience in a recruitment/staffing role an asset

  • Experience in experiential marketing and/or field marketing an asset

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hosting an asset

  • Experience in working with Ceridian scheduling/payroll systems and/or ATS an asset

  • Working knowledge of ESP/ASI, Canva, Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and continuously demonstrates resilience in high-stress environments

  • Ability to work effectively as a team and/or independently

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Superior problem-solving skills

  • Open and willing to accept different challenges daily
