The death of George Floyd set ablaze the Black Lives Matter movement globally and continues to shine a light on present day realities of systemic racism. Many of us, and our organizations, have taken the time to pause, reflect and begin to develop action plans on how we can improve racial equality internally, while also addressing bias and behaviors impacting how we show up for our fans, customers and Canadians in our work as an industry.
